Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County is a non-profit health care agency that serves individuals with life limiting illness. We have cared for your family, friends and neighbors in Chenango County since 1991.
We’re specialists in providing pain and symptom control, and in giving emotional, social and spiritual support to our patients and their loved ones.
Many of our 100 or more volunteers are the loved ones of former patients, passing forward the gifts of care and compassion.
